MTGS at St George's Hill
News and information from this event
So - the Golf Manager got it wrong, it was not a sunny spring day! But the day was dry and was enjoyed by over 60 MTGS members, and our new President, Peter Batchelor did drive in before dark – just. The courses at St George' Hill were to the high standard we have come to expect and many of our players were tested by the speed of the greens. Lunch was as good as ever – shame we had to play golf after! The AGM took about 20 minutes and was attended by about 30 members.
All in all a good day was had by all. Our thanks must go to Tom Madden and BCA for sponsoring the Prizes and the Halfway House. Peter Featherstone kindly purchased the prizes.
