Match v SMTGS 17/18 May at Nairn in Scotland.

The MTGS team managed by some five minutes to make the flight to Inverness due to major accidents around Gatwick

Peter Featherstone as captain motivated the assembled troops all dressed in the new clothing line. Nairn was a superb course & the first day was played in benevolent conditions. Unfortunately SMTGS held a lead of 3/1.

Day 2 moved from the Nairn GC to Nairn – Dunbar GC. Conditions, in a very strong wind, were extremely difficult and were handled far better by the opposition. Capt Peter Featherstone performed outstandingly winning our only 2 matches. Congratulations to Peter and his partners for the wins.
