7 past Presidents and Paul Richmond arrived at Hankley Common determined to retain the Trophy! The day was good in the trerms of the company but not with our golf. We lost by 5 matches to 3 the winners were Nick Kingsbury, Brian Lowe and Philip Payze - well done guys.
We could not present the Trophy to the TGS as it is thought that TGS still have the trophy!!!
Hankley's course was 1st class as was the food, sadly the day was a very unusual loss for the Society. Our thanks go to Philip Payze for his work as Match Sec.
